The staff here are super friendly and totally deserve a 3-star rating. Make sure to book a bungalow - they have beds that are like sleeping on clouds. Don't forget to grab a drink at the poolside bar 🍹.

The pool was lit, with plenty of space to chill and soak up the sun. The free WiFi was clutch, so we could share all the epic pics of us having a blast with our squad. And the fact that we had an outdoor pool meant non-stop shenanigans, day and night. Best vacay ever!
If there's one thing we would've loved, it's a banging party area by the pool. Some sick tunes and awesome vibes would've taken our vacation to a whole new level.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. the rooms were comfortable with hot showers and good wifi. the pool was lovely with additional spa details like pulsating water jets and jacuzzi bubbles. the communal areas were great for gatherings and there was a children's play area. it was a good value for money and a great experience.
The hotel was a bit outdated and in need of some updates. the decoration in certain areas was shabby and the bar where breakfast was served was not in the best condition.

I had always wanted to visit Fortuna and chose Complejo Hostelero La Fuente for its convenient location. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's free WiFi. The bar and open-air café served delicious hamburgers, main meals, and typical Spanish tapas, providing a wide range of options for lunch, tea. The restaurant, with its varied and exquisite menu, was a fantastic place to enjoy a meal.
Not geared towards English at all. Language was an issue, and there was a lack of information about breakfast, linen, and opening times.

The room at Complejo Hostelero La Fuente was absolutely fantastic! It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. As a long-term business traveler, I really appreciated the air conditioning and heating in the room, which made it easy to adjust the temperature to my liking. The small fridge was also a great convenience.
The only thing I didn't particularly like was that the room didn't have a flat-screen TV. But hey, that's just my personal preference and I'm sure others would still enjoy their stay without it.
